A branch of the state counseling association, SMCA covers 16 counties including Anderson, Blount, Campbell,Claiborne, Cocke, Grainger, Hamblen, Jefferson, Knox, Loudon, Monroe, Morgan, Roane, Scott, Sevier and Union.

One of our first registrants for the March, 2012 conference is travelling all the way from Franklin, TN!... So ALL are welcome!
